We accept all major credit cards and cash. We are open Seven days a week. We are closed on July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Please allow us to book your next appointment at checkout. This will guarantee the day and time for your next appointment is available since your stylist is in demand and gets booked far in advance.
If you find you need to change or cancel your appointment, we request 24-hour notice to allow time for other clients to book. We understand the demands on our daily life, and you may have to cancel or reschedule. Please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No Shows or Cancellations in less than 24 hrs of service will be assessed a 25% fee of the appointment service, and we do not want that. We appreciate your understanding of your stylist’s time.
A 15-minute grace period is permitted to all clients. We will strive to accommodate all late clients, however, your service may interfere with the next appointment. We may have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive 15 minutes or more for your scheduled appointment. Please understand that this policy is in place so that your stylist does not run late for the next scheduled appointments.
We do not accept tips on credit card. Stylists and shampoo assistants only accept tips through VENMO and cash. VENMO QR Codes for each stylist is available at the Front Desk when checking out.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct what you are not pleased with. We require all color adjustments to be performed within three days of the original service. Any color services performed after this time will be charged the regular price.
We do not offer refunds on Aveda or other products we carry. You may exchange an unused product with a receipt for a different product.
